Responsibilities
Assist with program planning and logistics
Assist participants to ensure full participation by students
Assist in teaching the program and other in service programs
Prepare periodic summary reports
May perform other duties as assigned
Meet and greet parents and students
Facilitate professional groups as assigned
Assist in facilitation of group therapies, workshops, and educational groups as directed by the program schedule
Requirements
- Professional demeanor, excellent problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and inter-personal skills
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people, both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as a team member with minimal supervision.

IT - Communications Intern or Volunteer


Intern or Volunteer will, under close supervision, assist with Website updating (DreamweaverCS6) and Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) posting. Content will be provided. May instruct staff on technology functions. May assist with the other duties.

Program Manger


Touching Heart's mission is to inspire the next generation of compassionate leader. The Program Manager will oversee Touching Heart's Kids on a Mission program, ensuring quality and alignment with mission. This position will coach children to organize and implement fundraising events for a cause of their choosing. Young leaders learn practical skills such as budgeting, project management, public speaking, and marketing, while experiencing the true joy of giving. Applicants should have experience working with children, excellent project management skills, storng communication skills and the ability to multi-task. The position will also have some Development and Communication duties.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. Part to full-time employment is available.
